The most widely used tactical medical pouch for military and Special Operations Teams are IFAK's. SENTRY's line includes 3 different sizes of Individual First Aid Kit's (IFAK) pouches along with a large version that has our innovative magnetic closure. 

Made from multiple layers of fully laminated, high strength nylon and laser cut to prevent the material from fraying over time with high use, this medical pouch is one of the best available. The SENTRY IFAK medical pouch also features our patent pending 1082 attachment system so you can mount additional pouches to them in any configuration to suite your needs. If you wanted to attach the tourniquet pouch to your IFAK kit you can do that. The 1082 mounting system from SENTRY provides a more secure attachment point for your gear than regular MOLLE/PALS or other systems on the market, but is also backward compatible with your existing MOLLE/PALS gear.   The nylon cut straps are lighter weight, fray resistant and hydrophobic so they don't soak up water unlike traditional MOLLE straps.
